A comprehensive home automation system was integrated into the villa, allowing the owner to manage lighting, climate, security, and audio-visual systems from a single interface. All cables and control units were concealed within custom-built wall cavities to maintain a minimalist aesthetic.
Delivered within 8 months, the villa features custom kitchen joinery, walk-in closets, and marble bathrooms built to tolerance. The outdoor landscaping and pool decking were executed to create a resort-like residential retreat.

The structural scope required removing several interior masonry walls to create a open-plan living and dining area. We installed steel beam lintels to support the upper floor while creating smooth ceiling transitions. Additionally, custom double-glazed sliding glass doors were installed to connect the living room to the pool deck.
