Project Details
High-end terrazzo flooring was laid on site, with custom color patterns designed to transition smoothly from the reception to the lounge. Bespoke walnut wall panels and custom fabric wall coverings were installed to enhance the acoustics of the lounge. All furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) were curated and positioned by our team.
This project was successfully delivered in 4 months, with zero disruption to active guest operations. The resulting space balances striking visual aesthetics with the durable finishes required for high-traffic hospitality environments.

The engineering scope involved altering existing load-bearing partitions to create a more open, fluid guest check-in area. Our structural engineers reinforced the ceiling framework to support a massive central decorative lighting installation. The entire primary plumbing and electrical cabling networks were also replaced to accommodate a new bar layout.
